To register 2FA on a new device or authenticator app, please follow the below steps:
Step 1. Log in to RapidDox Customer Portal
Step 2: Click on your name on the top right-hand side
Step 3: Click on "Manage Profile"
Step 4: Click on the toggle button to unregister 2FA on your current device or authenticator app
Step 5. Click on the toggle button again to display a new QR code
Step 6. Please scan the new QR code with the new authenticator app and enter the displayed code in the box and hit submit
Note: if you have replaced your device and cannot log in, please send us an email at support@rapiddox.com from your registered email with your full name and request to unregister 2FA on your RapidDox account.
