If you are unable to login to RapidDox Desktop App, please follow below steps:


Step 1: Open RapidDox Desktop app

Step 2: Click on the "Settings" tab on the left-hand side

Step 3: Click on the "Reset App" button on the top right-hand side

Step 4: Please provide your login credentials again
